English Teachers at Cebu Languages utilize a variety of methods and strategies to accommodate individuals' personal pace of learning and each individuals' level. At Cebu Languages, we understand that our faculty must be flexible, dedicated and friendly. So, we hire instructors who can balance the several roles of a true teacher. Our faculty members are valuable assets to learners because they can actually fulfil several roles to efficiently meet the needs of our clients whether it is for education, business or recreation. Some of the main roles are as follows.

Consultant: Our teachers enjoy the rewarding feeling of advising and guiding learners to reach their educational goals.

Protector: Our teachers are expected to protect clients' safety and health.

Tutor: Our teachers are able to support learners mentally and academically to provide a caring atmosphere to enhance learners' English language capabilities. They often insist on participating in past time activities with clients as clients frequently become friends. Our teachers understand that tutoring is extremely effective as learners can apply the English language in real life situations. We have dubbed the term "Situational English" for this application.

Organizer/Participant: Aside from organizing his/her own lesson plans, teachers organize activities. Teachers are often entrusted to secure field trips, EFL workshops, team building outings and other related endeavours. We encourage our teachers to participate in several functions with learners on and off campus to provide more English enhancement and security.

Friend: A common teaching method amongst our teachers is called behaviourism. Our teachers are very conscious of their behaviour in and out of class. Our teachers uphold a certain code of ethics in their daily conduct. They help students learn by their behaviour. Teachers insist on developing long-lasting friendships with students to break down shyness and provide greater opportunities for higher education.
