Mr. Dominic Smith is the Head Teacher of Cebu Languages and our main teacher for TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS. He is native American and majored in English Literature at University of Maryland. Mr. Smith has almost 10 years of EFL teaching experience and has created several English text books as a copy writer. He is a sought-after instructor due to his experience as a radio talk show host and actor. He is one of the best English teachers in Cebu.
